In my experience, success boils down to focus, determination, and hard work. In the world of agency, there are no specific qualifications required, meaning anyone with a pulse can join the club. Consequently, clients must ensure they choose a competent agent to represent them, as they don’t want to end up with a subpar one.

Agents who achieve the best results tend to keep things very simple. When considering which agent to instruct, there are several benchmarks to consider. Does the agency have a prominent High Street presence? Do they have a dedicated team to handle client interactions and promotions?
